Please Take A Moment To Get Familiar With My Policies And Procedures

Cancellation Policy

  •  Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in an invoice for 50% of the services scheduled, this invoice must be paid in order for you to schedule a future appointment.
     

  • No Call/No Show will result in an emailed invoice for 100% of the services scheduled, this invoice must be paid in full in order for you to be able to schedule any kind of appointment with me in the future. 

Late Policy

I understand life happens, but if for any reason you think you may be late by 15 minutes or more please call and let me know. In the event you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Return Policy

I guarantee product satisfaction! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product choice or you notice your product has a malfunction, please feel free to contact me directly. I will either exchange said product for one that works for you, refund your investment or apply it to your next appointment with me.

Service Satisfaction Policy

If within one week of your service you are dissatisfied in any way, please do not hesitate to contact me, I will get you back in my chair to adjust your service in a timely fashion, free of charge. Careful consultation is of upmost importance to me as a hairstylist and I strive to provide my guests with all necessary information during our appointment; that being said, if my aftercare instructions are not followed or unrealistic expectations can not be met, I will not be held liable for any corrections. This includes anything we did not agree upon during consultation.
