Please take a moment to get familiar with the policies and procedures listed below

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I truly value your time as well as my own and that of other clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. An invoice will be sent via email and must be paid before booking your next appointment.

 

No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

This invoice must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure any future bookings.

Late Policy

I completely understand that life happens! If you anticipate being 15 minutes late or more, please call or text me as soon as possible.

Out of respect for all clients’ time, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, the full service fee will apply as a missed appointment and you will be required to put down a deposit of 50% for any future appointments.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds for services rendered. Once a service has been completed, the time, expertise, and professional products used cannot be recouped.

That said, your satisfaction means everything. If you’re not completely happy with your service, please don’t hesitate to reach out within one week of your appointment.

I am more than happy to make things right by offering a complimentary adjustment or a discount toward your next visit.

Service Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to me.

If you’re unhappy with your service for any reason, please reach out within one week of your appointment and I’ll be happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment to ensure you feel confident and cared for.

 

I take pride in providing thorough consultations and clear aftercare instructions to support the longevity of your results.

Because of this, I cannot be held responsible for issues that arise from not following aftercare recommendations, or from changes to the agreed-upon service after the appointment. Adjustments will only be made to services discussed and approved during our initial consultation.
