Upon Arrival

•Please call 843.879.8790 when you pull into the parking lot for your service. Even if I don’t answer I will know you are here. You do not need to leave a voicemail or text.

•When I am ready for you, I will text the number you called from to let you know it's time to come in and wash your hands. Please have your mask on and secured prior to approaching the building.

•Once you enter the building, you will turn immediately to your right and wash your hands for 20 seconds in the bathroom. If the restroom is occupied, hand sanitizer will be provided. 

​

•From here you will proceed to my station. I am requesting that all handbags/backpacks be placed on the floor tucked under my little table instead of on top, I will provide a towel for you to put it on if you’d like. 

 

Your Appointment

•After consulting we will head to the shampoo area which is sanitized between each client. You are welcome to leave your mask secured around your ears for this part of the service.

​

•Every guest will receive a new cape and/or draping for their service.

 

•Your cut and/or color service will be performed, I may be a little less chatty than normal, I am hard of hearing and these masks don’t make conversation easy…. While I can’t wait to hear about how quarantine has been treating you and your family please don’t be offended if I’m a little quiet.

​

•If you are receiving a color service, please do not remove your mask or move about the salon while processing. If you’d like to step outside to enjoy a drink or some fresh air, please feel free to do so while maintaining proper social distancing guidelines from others in and out of the salon.

Checking Out and Pre-Booking

•At the end of your service, I will ask you to remain seated at my station while I gather any retail items you’d like to take home as well as my computer.

​

•Once I come back to my station, we will get you checked out and pre-booked.

​

•Once we have completed our time together, I will walk you to the front door and help you exit the building.

 

 

 

Required Protocols

• Anyone who has been exposed to someone who is sick is also asked to stay at home.

​

• Guests are asked to come on their own (no children, friends, or significant others are allowed).

​

• Guests are asked to limit their personal items to reduce cross-contamination. Bring only the essentials please.

​

•It is imperative for you to arrive on time to your appointment. If you are late, I may not be able to perform the service and still have time to clean for the next client so your service may be refused.
